Measure yourself in your underwear, using a tape measure close to your body but not tight. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. The exact table for a given model is always included in the product description.

How to measure?

Bust – at the widest point, across the center of the breasts.
Waist – at the narrowest point, above the navel.
Hips – at the widest point of the buttocks.
